Philosophy:
Our mission is to provide a warm loving nurturing environment in which children in family groupings can grow and develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually (connectedness) using best practice, sharing practicum and research experiences with students

* in the use of positive guidance techniques that encourage children to use their words to develop problem-solving skills

* in following the children's lead in planning curriculum (emergent curriculum)
* in inclusion of ALL Children so that no child is standing on the outside looking in - wanting to participate but not being able to
* in respect for all children, their families, cultures and beliefs in supporting parents in their parenting role
* in an open door policy where parent are welcome to visit anytime staying as long as they want to
* in working together to make all this happen
